Due diligence, and making "reasonable" accommodation are key in dealing with these nuances.For the Policy itself, you are allowed to have reasonable restrictions, such as requiring a current Veterinarian report confirming the animal is healthy, properly vaccinated, and, require spay/neuter unless contraindicated by the veterinarian.
