Hi Fellow Flippers, Just wanted to drop a note here because my team works with a ton of rehab investors throughout the State of Oregon. 

They have a ton of really valuable and good information with their webinars, etc. 

Another thing to note: Some lenders just don't utilize soft pulls, so they have no choice but to do a hard pull.

He used to be a regular presenter at one of the local REIAs.

I found that a lot of self managing investors appreciate it a ton if they don’t have to do those things.

It was slightly more work on my part but a ton fewer headaches.
