*If the place needs only minor repairs Part of me feels uneasy about posting this on an open forum.

I guess my main concern is on their site the money-making process seems so easy ... when something is that good and easy, it makes me uneasy ... 

I have started to notice that when I tell people I am going to look into their history and credit, a lot of people start to get a little uneasy.

I have to say I learned so much on my first deal that I have decided to help my GF buy her first property, long story short we are closing on that property on 6/15.To all the newbies out there, it`s okay to be scared and feel uneasy, you just need to jump in and make your first deal.

Nonetheless, it makes me uneasy to buy it (with Puerto Rico's economic crisis) at appraisal value.

Anyway, now that I am thinking about going out on my own and invest without the family, she then start feeling uneasy because we just bought our first house together at the end of last year.

I bartered my web design services in exchange for good will and mentorship.To acclimate myself with the rehab part of it all, which made me the most uneasy because I was not familiar with it (houses in Israel are built completely differently), I got myself work over the weekends with a contractor I found on Craigslist.

Also, there are too many variables with immigration reform which is making foreign nationals uneasy. 

The spread that is available makes me a little uneasy.

The neighborhood is great, the property seems good, but the negotiations are making me feel uneasy.
