Are these startup fees unavoidable?

The house is in a cold climate and we have been protecting the pipes from freezing.Now that foreclosure is unavoidable I want to stop paying these $200 a month electric bills.

Particularly with high, unavoidable monthly holding costs of $623 (HOA dues and PITI).

There is no reason to feel anything although anger and hostility toward the tenant is often unavoidable for many.

Yet it may be unavoidable at some point.

It’s impossible to have all the knowledge and there are many uncontrollable and unavoidable situations that can and do arise.

Of course there is always a situation where conflict is unavoidable, but I try not to let my ego get the best of me and think about the medium and long term sustainability of my business rather than trying to get a win.Please keep us updated--this is an important lesson for folks to learn from.Seb

I plan to avoid investing in any areas where that's a law unless I find out it's so widespread, it's unavoidable. 

Seeing that it is past April 15 I believe that penalties may be unavoidable but possibly applying for an extension will avoid further penalties. 

Theft is unavoidable unfortunate, but it can be minimized.
