A vendor bounced $16,000 in checks to me which caused issues, 2-3 months without an income using savings to survive (barely), Irma trashed a $36,000 contract; you get the picture.I've never missed a rent payment, the house is going to be left in better condition than when I moved in.

My dad subdivided that in the 60s and there are probably 35 to 40 homes there now not sure how many survived but it will never be the same in my lifetime now.. 

Although the public sentiment still seems to be gloomy on Atlantic City with new casinos popping up all over NJ and PA, we think there is and will continue to be a large enough volume of visiting beach/casino goers and local job base to support AC surviving.

Honestly, with a 50% downpayment you would've survive the 2008 crisis (in most areas).

I believe judgement from child services survive the tax deed sale and it stays on, even when I buy it.
