Built in 1955 and from the looks of it, the people must have wanted to live in a time capsule because everything is very 50's. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, formal dining room very spacious kitchen (pink tile though), unfinished basement, ranch style on a 1 acre lot.

Again, the issue is:Purchase Price+Purchase costs (commissions etc)+Repair costs (including my time)+Selling costs+Profitmust be >= Sale Price.Without relying too much on home runs in either the purchase or sale price (finding a screaming bargain or getting a stunning sale price), is it realistic to find a deal flow of houses with purchase prices low enough to make the whole thing profitable, assuming you're looking to sell at the end rather than hold for rentals...

I'm an electrician and see different houses every day just about so I'm used to seeing a variety of different things.I guess the total finished square footage of the home is close to 1400.It has a main level and then a finished basement.The main level has: Wide living room, 2 bedrooms, and a half bath.The basement has: Full bath, bed room, kitchen, and then a room that could be a dining room.
