@Kyle Atans  or PHX when building stopped dead cold and they deported half the construction workers who happened to be 80% of the tenant base.. same with central CA building stopped  no deportation though :)I just bought in Vegas for semi retirement and tax purposes I kind of like were it sits now.. but no question your timing of that market was impeccable.. !!!

Why not joint venture with someone who has money, fix & flip itWhy not rent it out for at least the monthly carrying costs.Why not sell it on a lease option, get 10% cash up front to fund school? 

I stopped charging pet rent, or deposits, I just raise the heck out of normal damage deposit if I sense a animal is coming. 

There was also a large plot of land when it looks like something maybe in underconstruction but stopped....I really do hope Niagara Falls revitalizes.
