I also cannot imagine companies with hundreds of units getting better than 4.9 out of a 5 star rating. 

With this awareness, you understand that you will also never be on Dancing with the Stars but perhaps you can find a beat and venue that leads to real competency and proficiency.

The next guests will almost certainly be upset that the hot tub is out of service for their stay and are likely to injure my near perfect streak of 5 star ratings which will injure search rankings and possible lose me bookings.
