But if you look into their marketing, socials, Youtube, IG, past sales record on Zillow and stuff you can see if they really are in the investment space or if they work with traditional homeowners.

I have an experienced opinion on the matter, but am seeking outside perception and strategies, if any.Additionally, what are the implications of the NAR Settlement regarding this strategy if any?

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker living in Colorado Springs, CO.

He lives in Oregon and if you see his social name, you get why you need to confer with him right away.

Social media makes it look like everyone is an expert, but we all know that is false.

He's on SSDI (Social Security Disability Income) at just under $1,500 a month and he wants to do some wholesales to make some extra income.Lets say he does a deal or multiple deals and makes any assignment fee on it/them and the profit exceeds 1.5k which is higher than his disability per month.
