Even in Houston, I would suspect you'd pay $250 SF minimum, especially with a trick build like that on stilts.....What do you think, @Matthew Paul ?

I recently came across a website called RentToRetirement.com, which helps buyers purchase turnkey investment properties out of state.I was wondering if anyone here has used this site to buy a property.

What do you think a property worth $175k has appreciated per month over the last 10 years? 

Biggest thing I think would be replacing the galvanized plumbing in somewhat near future (1-2 years).

It might be just me... but I don't think long term rental might be the move here. 

I understand it’s a different market but I think $1200 is a pipe dream.
