If the tenant has already made payments in the past, this can be as simple as just 2-3 clicks.With a tool like this, you don't need to manually follow up with tenants, collect checks and hope they don't bounce, show up to your property to collect cash, etc. 

Hey Andrew, i found the heloc process to be very simple, my local lender did 95% of the work for me!

I currently work with a handful of investors and love the process A-Z.

We have some cash on hand, but not sure the route we should go when it comes to financing.

I cant comment on the local markets, etc, but I would choose Cleveland for the simple fact you live there.

Ultimately I didn't learn too much I didn't already know after taking a few courses and reading a hand-full of books, and with most of people I've met and tried to talk with, it's been a pretty common experience that conversations go a lot like that.
