The main thing being: giving up a property that appears to have appreciated pretty well is just a touch pill to swallow and I've regretted a few moves I've made when put in a similar situation to yours, and I had less equity in mine.It sounds like you're moving to Raleigh in the near future and want to buy a multifamily to househack.

I am not even stating your deceptive post was intentional but with you not owning up to the expenses that were not included, I am starting to question if for some reason you intentionally posted numbers that did not depict all expenses.I want people to post corrections to such erroneous posts with so that newbies do not see similar numbers and think that the referenced property is good cash flow.

I also looked at non canal homes which were a bit cheaper and they can do similar to canal homes but cost less so end up with better profitability.

BBB has them at a D- rating because previous similar bad outcome 3- If you are really in the same boat as us, you need to start a class action lawsuit that involves all the investors in that project and/or sent a complaint to the attorney general in Florida that involves all of us get him to liquidate his assets, pay us back and get him behind bars.
