With two days after the snow majority of properties have had there sidewalks and stairs clean.

everyone said quitting their full time job. i work for the city and the biggest benefit of the health insurance is only a few dollars per month for my family. i went to those health insurance truck that parked on the sidewalk to get a quote. i am married with only one 2 year old and planning to have another one. they told me with my salary. it could cost me about $500 per person/month in my household. let just say without the 2nd kid. it will cost me about $1500 per month for 3 of us. that's without going to the hospital or anything happen. i want to quit my job too but my health insurance will be from a few dollars for my family per month to $1500 per month. what's your opinion?

It may or may not work for them.You might tell them something in terms of your own understanding, but their understanding may be quite different.There's a reason why you can walk past billionaires on the sidewalk all day long: they choose to remain anonymous.

You're allowed to store a vehicle on your property so I believe it's legal to keep a car there, but I don't know about driving up the sidewalk every day. 

well i guess it's normal stuff like cracked sidewalks , retaining walls are leaning a little .

Project scope: landscaping, new fence, new plumbing (from the main and in the house), new electrical, converted from oil to gas, new HVAC, water heater, reconfigured upstairs to include 2 BRs and a real full bath, gutted kitchen, new bathroom on 1st floor, refinished HW floor, new roof and gutters, repair fascia, soffits, siding, painting, concrete work on sidewalk and driveway, new basement windows, new door and windows on detached garage.

Replace or relay that front sidewalk soon and railings are likely required.  

there are front sidewalks and a back concrete patio. 

It is special equipment you use to level sunken concrete like driveways and sidewalks etc.

In my opinion, the crime in Manchester can't hold a candle to any comparable cities in MA and the sidewalks are much cleaner.
