A tree root had grown into the sewer line which became an issue once I got renters in the property who were using the showers/sewer regularly.

we were only 10 days over schedule (we allocated just under 2 months) which is remarkable considering the various issues we encountered and the size of this rehab (we removed 4 walls (including a load baring), added 1 wall, added new bathroom, redid kitchen and existing bathroom layout, (new locations on shower, toilet, and vanity) removed a door, added 2 windows, new flooring throughout, and added an eyebrow porch.  

One of my protégés did all finish work (flooring, painting, light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, outlets/switches, sink drains, dishwasher, shower, bath vanity, kitchen cabinets and counters (installed but he did cut), etc.  

Bathtubs refinished, shower walls replaced and new hardware.

Some things we are considering include:- built in benches in shower areas- handheld shower heads- intercoms for each bed/bath- motion sensor hallway lights...etcThanks!

Our buildings all have tub shower combos that are standard 60” length. 

You should pull comps, if your comps are all selling at XX price for a fully (not a shower/tub kit) bathroom(s)..
