Located in the historic Fourth Ward neighborhood of Charlotte, this townhouse at North Poplar Street is part of the desirable Hackberry Court development, built in 1995.

So far I looked in Idaho, specifically Boise and Nampa but property prices are a little high to have an LTR make sense and while Nampa has better Cost Seg estimates than Boise it also seems a lot less desirable for both STR and LTR.

Be very polite, plead ignorance and stress your desire to make everything legal.

Tell me, how did you first get interested in real estate and what gave you the desire to pursue it full time? 

I have re-sparked my desire to become financially independent through real estate.  

I have had a desire to invest in real estate particularly STR’s for years.

Since you’re located near Rivermont Blvd, which is likely a desirable area, you could focus on standout amenities like the finished basement, appealing decor, and targeted marketing.

If someone has a bad experience and loses money then it’s their right to report it if they so desire.  

I have had 4 properties in this area and every single one I have had to go through this while some of the neighboring properties were not desirable at all but were left alone because they were owner occupied. 

It's something I have given some thought to as well, especially in Killington as I find that the most desirable mountain to ski.
