@Ray Trounday, are you sure tenant has full CAM reimbursement without caps or limits?  

The scope cam revealed that a previous owner had cleared the pipes before but not dealt with the problem.

If they really care they would also require the flu vaccine, chicken pocks, DTAP, MMR, and the use of condoms for safer sex but we'll see where they draw the line.
