From my understanding they filed for Chapter 11, that would protect them from any creditor action, any foreclosure, etc.

They had 270+ days to take action, but they didn't.

No action by the judge.An investor called me last week to tell me he had approached the foreclosed upon owner and purchased the right of redemption.
