Screening and Gaurantors are important, you might want to look at majors for some more serious ones that don't have time to party.

I was quoting pool prices for my clients several years ago at approximately $40K (basic package 12'X24' including screen enclosure and paver deck) and then they doubled and more after COVID.

I screen individual dogs (of any breed) with an in-person evaluation before accepting their owners as my tenants.  

Lending and insurance are based on predictability and without question the frequency and size of losses will continue to eclipse prior records.

We screen heavy and have never not got paid.

Would encouraging longer stays realistically help reduce this, especially for a medium-sized cabin?
