Our plan is to purchase again with a better mindset of turning that into a profitable rental.We have diligently completed all the necessary steps and are on the verge of signing a management agreement with a property manager.However, we are experiencing some doubts.  1.

First booking after signing up, he lost $1,383.62, which was the entire stay from a horrible scammer.

They are pure GARBGE. 3 months after they issued my premium I still get calls from their clowns to sign something and that insurance is not bound....I dont believe they are operating a insurance company, likely a scam artist to be honest  Sounds like this is an issue with their call center/in-house agency?

Despite anything you sign, the local laws take precedent.   

If it is trending up, that could be a sign.

Small Group $4,995 one time and $295 per monthonline course $2000 or $3000 depending on when you sign upI am not sure Brad Sumroks exact fees but last time i heard it was about $15,000 but do not know details..... 

at least its moving along finally.  2 years and 3 months after signing contract.1 year and 8 months after permits were approved by the city.I am glad things are moving, for sure. 

I am still waiting for the Court to sign off on the sale ratification, before my foreclosure attorney can get the title transferred and recorded.
