If the tenant maintains the pool they almost always try to limit the timer for the pump or have differed maintenance not emptying baskets,not adding water, not checking chemicals properly.

ive heard that the allure floor has the really bad chemical smell when you install it and the pergo havent heard anything bout a smell and its scratch resistant and easy to maintain hope this helps and it like 30.00 a bundle

this has come up several times in classes I have taken as a Realtor. the "chemical off gassing" can make people sick for years after you paint. search the web about this, its really a bad practice.

Steven Taylor I never, ever let tenants do pool care; chemicals not right, damage pool finish etc.... take care of it professionally People share pools all the time in apartment communities, so I don't see a reason why it can't be for both houses.
