This also gives you a little leeway if the tenant doesn't leave on schedule.Yes, sex offenders are sometimes on the registry for stupid law violations like peeing on school grounds at 2am.

My question is do you check all prospects that you call, do you verify a prospect's phone number against the Do Not Call registry, or do you just call the prospect without checking the registry?

So I can give myself a name without yet knowing the best tax strategy between setting up separate LLC’s with different private lender partners, one for myself, or whatever my future CPA advises.So, I should think about my company name, and check my state registry to see if there is an LLC with that name?

I have looked high and low, but the tax collectors office doesn't seem to have an online public registry of owners, and the town tax collector acted like I was a psychopath when I asked if she had contact info for the current owner.My best assumption is that it was an elderly couple, and the house got left to a family member or something because somebody pays the taxes every year, but the house isn't used and needs work.
