Does anyone have any strategies on how to a position a partnership with a private lender in order to start to obtain a Rental portfolio (with no out of pocket capital)

Well, I heard about this tactic, and was so excited to try it out until I tried looking through Jackson County’s public records portal here in Kansas City.

The job starts when paperwork begins , ordering materials obtaining permits , lining up subs etc .

We don't practice discussing the details of private transactions publicly, thats just not good business.

I recommend people doing a side gig on what they specialize in.I am an accountant and when I worked within large public accounting firms, I had a side gig of bieng an accountant.I had a salary with my employer so regardless of how much more hours I put with them, i would be paid the same. 

I have 12-doors in Detroit and I publicly share their historical performance.

This will effect your ability to obtain financing for quite a few years but may be worth considering.  

I will say, services are much easier to obtain in the metro vs vacation market.
