I have heard no reports of any temporary ban on prosecuting shoplifters.I see this as an unintended consequence, and hopefully a temporary one.

@Bob Malecki generally just cheaper to fractionalize and have one page who does what in the event of default so the foreclosure trustee or attorney can rely on that doc to prosecute the foreclosure.. but a full blown JV deal works as well just probably cost another hour or so of attorney time..

Seems like a firm that does this work would need to be quite cashed up.. and I could see were in man instances especially in low value areas of the mid west were the bene would just say screw it the property is not worth what you want to charge to prosecute it you can have it.. or it sits in limbo..So that is why I really question whether POL can get foreclosure attornies to do this all on the cum.. not that their assets are worthless but not many law firms I ever heard of in these areas take things on retainer.. its just not done that way in our area.
