I only help out here and there since I was having a 9-5 job as a programmer working for an HR outsourcing company and was working on Federal Reserve account. 

I used an electric baseboard heater on a thermostat so that it would turn off automatically when it got warm outside. 

My hvac guy says he has the thermostat set on 57 and it will just freeze up and break again. 

You go on any programming website and you never get programmers who go "ahh, yes, see, I know how to solve your problem, and this is why we get paid to program." 

Both are easily verifiable and a robotic process can be written by a programmer to verify without human intervention.Again the wrong department with the wrong solution is be applied to wrong problem.  

And believe me, the programmers have been trying to do that for a very, very long time.

Wired with fiberoptic internet and a few smart devises (garage door, sprinklers, thermostat) and of course new flooring, trim, and paint.

Automating things also helps a lot (thermostat/security cameras/ messaging etc) and can make managing remotely a lot easier.

@Nakeisha Davis you got a few options here.Hire a programmer (someone from upwork or fiver maybe) to sort through everything.Hire a Virtual Assistant to sort through manually.Get some Excel Macros to do some work for ya

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.
