Both are easily verifiable and a robotic process can be written by a programmer to verify without human intervention.Again the wrong department with the wrong solution is be applied to wrong problem.

@Nakeisha Davis you got a few options here.Hire a programmer (someone from upwork or fiver maybe) to sort through everything.Hire a Virtual Assistant to sort through manually.Get some Excel Macros to do some work for ya

Mine can set door codes, message (or call) guests, schedule cleaners, adjust the thermostat, monitor my cameras, & call a plumber just as easily as a local PM can, for 1% of the costHire good cleaners, a solid handyman & befriend some helpful neighbors.
