They're close enough together that you'll have trouble separating root balls on each plant.

Bad wholesalers don't know what they are doing and put home sellers in more financial trouble than they were in before they met the wholesaler.

Hello All,I have been investing for the last 4 years in real estate and am on the way to purchasing my 3rd property (a flip :)I am having a hard time knowing how I should organize my incomes, expenses, taxes, ect for easy bookeeping, to help keep everything separate legally, & to produce income on the money sitting in the accounts.I can only explain my ideal thoughts in a graphic design so i will include that here:Does this make sense in order to maximize profits & keep things organized? 

We have never had a tenant that was able to produce any factual data that supports their concerns. 

Talk to a lawyer.If you get in trouble with your city you won't be able to rent it out now or later.

You may get a hard money lender to lend as well but you will probably have trouble getting traditional financing for acquisition or if you decide to hold on to the assets.

Yeah I don't get it either.If people don't know this stuff, they are in trouble. 

It is very difficult to produce off market deals that are truly good deals or purchased on either great terms or great price.

The heat loss isn't a huge deal but probably could get you in trouble if it went to court.
