However, RE syndications can produce good passive returns, but they come with risks.  

When investing you are purchasing a business and should only be paying what it is worth for the income it produces.

Nothing wrong with it and I know for many, it is a great income producer.

Content Marketing: Produce valuable content such as blog posts, market reports, or video tours to establish yourself as a thought leader in the industry.

Rather than trading depreciating paper for a digital paper that produces a roller coaster of emotions, I'd rather trade it for REAL income-producing assets that appreciate over time and give me more paper.

.- Long term:  "I will have more than or about 5-10 cashflow producing assets making me 5-10k a month in profit. 

We can “split hairs” on this topic, but let’s just accept that our different experiences have produced a somewhat differing view.  

Not having to work in this example means having the 15 rentals producing enough cash flow to pay all their costs, including all 14 old mortgages and the 15th (new) mortgage that is refinanced each year.
