I plan to pull my principle investment sometime soon and keep a balance of it. 

David Ramsey talks about stocks, mutual funds, etc.. whereas I made my money by being an active investor in real estate.

By keeping these principles in mind, you can optimize your position in the market.

If I knew that I wouldn't be here, I'd day-trade on that information (stock ticker $MBB, for example, it's an ETF, so it functions as a stock, you can short it, or buy puts, etc) and be a billionaire well prior to Q1 2025!

Bank accounts, stocks, all assets. 

Many people on principle alone may not want solar panels as hard as that may be to understand.

So any asset that can be attached by a U.S. court; bank accounts (even most foreign bank accounts), stocks, bonds, real estate can be taken once the trust is declared as a sham or the transfer of assets to the trust is found to be fraudulent.Further, once this has occurred the defendant will be required to testify under oath about the assets in the trust.  

That didn’t kill the business, but it made possible the growth of discount stock brokers, who now dominate retail trading.

You need to not necessarily follow a book to a T, but just basic principles.

You might not get as much cash flow with that equity as you would get if you sold and put it into say an apartment building, but with the low mortgage rate you are likely getting some pretty good principle paydown each month and it's in an area that will see good appreciation/rent growth long term.
