We invested in a small 1 bedroom penthouse in South Korea a few years ago in an area called Sinchon, which is surrounded by prestigious colleges.

Appliances need to be spotless inside and out, floors not only swept but also mopped, rugs cleaned, all bathroom fixtures sparkling, cabinets and drawers free of crumbs etc etc. 

It's a semi-retired couple, Very trustworthy and financially secure (I know his work position, and prestigious enough to have his own Wikipedia. 

I did all of the obvious repairs needed and at every opportunity, I chose to use premium material (quarts sparkling white counters, Sterling Oak plank flooring, 6in baseboards, hands-free brushed nickel pull-down faucets).

Just spent 5 minutes looking at some rental listings in prestigious areas of Minneapolis suburbs (maple grove) which I have a friend who lives there.Take a look at this listing (you may know who the realtor is on this one) a bag holder bought it at the peak in 2022 for 315k tried to rent it initially for $2400, now it’s going for 2k .

The education system is failing them into thinking that they should strive for some prestigious school and get a degree in something they "like", or are interested in.

I really like the movement/waves in granite but the white quartz with “sparkles” goes with almost anything. 

Here you find older homes that have been nicely remodeled, featuring sparkling swimming pools, with no HOAs.
