Keep in mind @Mario Morales that they take premiums, invest them so there is a profit component on invested returns, and hence amplifies how far the $ can spread on payouts. less than stellar returns and expanding claims, yes, rising premiums is a certainty.

The long-term result will be a healthier insurance market and more manageable premiums.

As a result, many investors (including myself) are either spending a very small premium for way fewer headaches in other markets or moving farther afield to more promising opportunities. 

My local agent certainly didn't know about it.The premium is also surprisingly good. 

Insurance premium determinations  are more localized where the carriers price perceived risks into their desire to have market exposure (if at all) and how to price that exposure. 

In addition, be strategic about when they would stay - don't give away premium nights during your peak season for this.
