Hello, does anyone else have any experience with Preston Eloy's FreedomSoft system?

It's how you document, and not how you "think" the system works that gets you what you want.

I have never seen a judge turn down a request for more time for a qualified sale, unless the homeowner has already abused the system for excessive periods of time.
