Where do you want to be in life in 3-5 years?

I wanted to create an STR experience and bring my bold ideas to life.

While they generally have higher market Cap Rates than Class A properties, it is still variable whether they will have good cash flow or be an appreciation play.Class C Property:Continuing down the scale, Class C properties are generally 20 to 30 years old, and pull in blue-collar and moderate-to-lower income tenants who will generally be renters for life.

Take pictures of all the properties you like, regardless if they will make you money, and regardless of the cost. 

During the slow season, do you personally focus on getting more rentals, focus more on family/personal life, or do you do something else?

I've done it twice in Reno, NV and it's changed my life. 

I would talk first to an electrician as many do fire alarm and life safety.

If you truly want to "retire" young, keep investing and living your life you'll need a ton more.
