City of Fitchburg has some peculiar codes, as soon as I realized there was some learning to do I took a step back spent time with the building department and planned the project a little differently than I initially thought.

It was a peculiar property because there's plenty of driveway for parking on the property but there wasn't an actual driveway/entry from the street.

One of the rooms was clearly a Marijuana grow room but there were no plants in it.

I agree that the peculiarities of this design (the ability to connect multiple residences) will create even more hoops and require more explanations,  than would a more traditional design. 

I would buy one of those scrubbers for marijuana smell that growers use in their rooms.

Marijuana growers would jump all over that rental.

Marijuana uses a lot of water and most growers use an automated system that can fail and flood the place.

@Aaron SigmonI understand what you mean regarding the large apt buildings near your condo however, do you mind giving the specific reasons peculiar to your case?
