I completely agree—private money lending is becoming a key strategy in this climate, especially with its flexibility and speed compared to traditional loans.

If not it could be a slow peak season. 

Not to mention the possibility of finding a new location to invest in that may have a higher growth rate since I think the current location has plateaued and might have reached it's peak in value at least for the near future.

But in a rooming house, they pay a much lower rent cost, and get the benefit of a professional cleaning crew doing common areas, kitchens and bathrooms, free high-speed Wi-Fi for their streaming devices, etc.
