Account Closed, I appreciate your taking the time to respond and especially for the chart, but of course I have to strongly disagree with your statement of "anyone recommending SFR's over multi-unit properties doesn't have a clue and most-likely never owned multi-unit properties" is patently untrue, and well as conceited beyond what you have a right to be. 

My dad's an engineer, my brother's an architect and I am patent pending on my first product, with 30+ other ideas behind it, but I also feel fortunate to have the sense of chutzpah to pull the trigger on deals and not get the deer-in-the-car-headlights syndrome.

Registering your trademark with the US Patent/Trademark Office and your copyright with the Copyright Office protects you with statutorily and case law rights.

Now the bad news...I have a business method patent on this so you owe me a royalty every time you do it.

As soon as my patent is approved I will upgrade to Pro status and run a limited offer special.
