Many people who are just novices can be the best teachers for the rest of us!

I live in the Dallas, Texas area so if anybody knows of a real estate investors group nearby where a young, novice investor like me would be welcome to ask and learn, I would appreciate it.

I've seen so many novice builders start a project only to abandon it because its too much work - start skimping, taking shortcuts to get done, build a non-quality house, and then can't sell it.

This is coming from a novice so feel free to correct me if I am wrong.

I'm a novice investor looking to team up with rehabbers and bird-doggers all over the country who would like to market their deals to my wholesale buyers list.

I have seen this work for countless people both novice and veteren's.

I used to call myself a novice until my wife and I recently made our first investment.

PLEASE someone explain to this novice in detail how to intiate the deals and see them to completion.
