I'm viewing a property from Realtor.com tomorrow: I'm taking my notepad, tape measure, and camera (I'm also a photographer) to document anything that seems to warrant noting, measuring, or photographing.

He puts up cameras and has an on-site meeting with local law enforcement for a “security walk through”.

Says he can do it Monday (4 days after he sent a camera snake down it) great how ever it has now been 20 plus days and he might show up early next week.Not to mention the fact he took a power snake down the sewer line twice and still manage to miss the root clump 12 feet from the entrance that blocked half the pipe. 

Again, I want to protect the homeowners as well without being a nanny state.I would really appreciate some feedback on this.

If it's vacant, you can do what you have to do to see the property.I know a guy who has a drone with camera, no joke. 

The only other ones I have are still on memory card from my camera.
