Yes, at first it is hard to find renters but because of my patience, trust, perseverance and dedication, I am now living my best life and living financially free. 

I live in Lawrenceville, GA and am beginning my first house hack, working to purchase another property by the end of the year. 

Living in one unit and renting out the others allows you to deduct 75% of expenses like mortgage interest, property taxes, insurance, and shared repairs as rental expenses, while the remaining 25% applies to personal use.

If you're going to live in it for a bit and fix it up you can adjust accordingly.
