you can use a DSCR loan if your DTI is too high for conventional. 

At first blush it looks like you're finance at $500k, so getting a loan for $375k.

For financing, would we then want to get a DSCR loan under the LLC or should we start with conventional loans under our name until we hit a certain number and then move them over?

The bank set me in at 7.1% interest (construction loan short term) This will be a side hustle for me.
