One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned: if the sliding door is broken, call a sliding door specialist.

They're generally more stable and less management-intensive while you learn the ropes.

Like any area in real estate investing, you'll have to learn your market and take the time to learn this niche if you're interested in investing in mobile homes.
