I'm a college senior here in Middletown and I was exactly in your shoes last year.

The last update is was on 04/20 that they are almost ready to start pouring the pads.

I just had tenants move out of my investment property (duplex) without paying for the last month's rent, and the damage they inflicted onto the property exceeds their security deposit amount.

That was some time ago and opinions do change but last I had heard it was positive.

Or maybe they do now since the last time I used it. 

Last time I checked, the prices did go up.

We own 3 rental properties, and the last one was a fairly successful BRRRR.
