Many markets have some sort of Business Journal that reports on this type of activity.

My brother is a CPA in PA & gets the 'AICPA Journal' (Google 'AICPA')...may be a place to start a search for those in your area if they have a database???

You can also check out Daily Journal Commerce Newspaper, djc.com.....they have an online subscription that lists probate, foreclosure, etc. for a fee or go to a local library and read it.

I am starting this journal to try to keep myself motivated.
