I am looking to join a mentorship program to help lower my learning curve and until I find it, I am educating myself with books, as well as YouTube University and great advice from the BiggerPockets community.I do work full-time in a career that I love and is very rewarding, but I also know I won't attain my goals with my current job.

It's not a magic bullet to solve all operational needs, but the process works very well when a remote team member at a lower labor rate fits into the needs of a scaling business.

All of thoise are more expensive to install that electric baseboard but have much lower operation costs. 

But one of them getting a better paying job is probably your most reliable solution.

Front two units are full time STRs with a rear studio operating full time MTR. 

We would need to know your current operating expenses (and rent) to be able to provide any suggestions.

I would say depending on what you do jobs can be less plentiful in RI.

I understand that they operate in real estate under one of a few exemptions from registering as a security with the SEC.
