There is a lot of inventory in Jersey City, so compared to the rest of the state, there are opportunities there for good STR operators.

I browsed sites today for an upcoming trip and their inventory is expanding.

I'm going to be selling my 2 mobile homes in the next 2-4 years and narrow my inventory to 6 stick built homes.
