This may seem counter-intuitive, but it can really free up your time to focus on things that matter (like real estate, sleeping, eating).As stated above by @Marcia Maynard , you need both an estate attorney (not a specialist - find an attorney that specializes in estate law).

Maybe that's just fear, or maybe a good intuition (who knows?).

My original intuitive approach was to make every site highly focused on a narrow niche in a large market place.

Finally, the Airbnb website is intuitive. 

It is very intuitive, allows online payment, tenant and owner portal, work order requests, online doc storage and full accounting, including the property manager side which Buildium lacked.  

One of my best friends works for Credit Karma and they were bought by Intuit.
