If they don't respond then you should reach out to a title company and inquire if they can issue title insurance (which you should do anyway).

I will say I got an inquiry on Furnished finder and the person inquiring worked at my local hospital and the hospital never gave them any landlord listings but areas differ.

I also would target landlords but I would send them a mailer because I know they are not trying to wholesale but I’ll send a mailer to inquire about listing their property when they are ready. 

I ran after him to inquire as to whether or not he was actually going to repair the faucet.

If a prospective sec 8 tenant inquires about renting my property, can't I simply reply my property is not section 8 approved?

If it can be reported how do I go about that and should I ask the company to report this or should I take it upon myself to inquire about this through the credit bureaus?

I have inquired and I am able to take a loan or withdrawal with 10% + taxes even though I am currently still employed.
