In the manufactured home industry, I've heard more complaints about new homes being bought and installed straight from the factory than consumers buying older homes direct from homeowners. 

Hi All,I  heard a lot about wholesaling real estate and it’s sounds like a good way to enter real estate with a low investment.Only thing is I get very skeptical when I see gurus on YouTube pushing and selling courses for certain industries. 

True, I am 100% with you on that.The point here is, when you analyze, you do based on what you know now (what is known as a fact today) and on what is highly likely to happened (again from today) and to accept the fact that things might change tommrow.Life happened every day, that’s why  we need to stay firm with our direction but flexible with our approach.having lived through the HORRORS of those years fully engrossed in the industry almost nationwide... it was regional on who did well and who had troubles.. no question well positioned landlords in Portland for instance no issue.. 

The insurance industry will never be the same.

There is a lot to go into it and recommend BP and youtube to learn more about the industry. 

I am not necessarily that new in the Real Estate industry because I have a place in Tulum Mexico, Condo as a short term rental. 

I call them in-between because they are conferences, so not like your local meetups, but they are not truly "industry" conferences like NMHC, where you will meet primarily career, corporate multi-family people.Bigger Pockets Conference and Best Ever Conference are two that likely would cater to people more in your position.  

Is the industry perfect or without fraud.

Make sure your Insurer is industry specific and not just your personal insurance.
