Also your agent may be able to force it to not be in active in the MLS until the EMD is agreed on between you both because there is a contract on it.Good Luck

When I say real I mean 1) they are not just regurgitating the MLS (I'm working with an agent) and 2) actually exist beyond an inactive web presence?

If there is any dip in activity in the Gatlinburg RE market, look at it as a gift to get in at an even better yield than you had a week ago.STRs aren’t without their pitfalls, but the returns are better than the stock market can deliver, and I can watch the Dan Patrick show every morning instead of the daily “what if’s” on CNBC.

If anything at all, we are seeing an increase in activity.

However bc I am the owner, in NY, I am liable for the PMs actions (or inaction) and if there was any negligence or harm to the young baby that is what I am concerned about and they could claim anything in that regard bc it is a vulnerable class.  

Found out tonight that my loan officer was laid off and I am assuming that since nobody there is answering the phone that they are inactive.
