These are all STR communities that have similar amenities, close to Disney and have various sized homes that do well in the STR space. 

You can refinance mobile home parks?

I've looked into roof stock as a possible option but I've heard nothing but negative reviews about them.

@Luke Hamlin you can buy a second home with 10% down with a Conventional loan.

I started with single-family homes and then moved on to condos, typically holding onto properties longer than I probably should.
