Granted an updated offering could reveal a much healthier company, I would need to see it to believe it. 

Inventory is a bit healthier in 92101 and the condo/townhomes are competing w/ the numerous highrise apartments for rent. 

Physical: Being frugal will help you eat healthier, have more energy, workout more often etc. 

The prices and returns are typically healthier in the area.
