Does the severe weather create limitations for finding GC's or hamper their ability to get work done in the harsh conditions?

This is going to sound harsh but you might not want to do that because then you have to admit to yourself that you were wrong to purchase it.

I’ve spoke with a few prefab manufactures in several states to get a good idea of how they can deal with harsh weather if we decide to drop it on some land in the panhandle.
